This large restaurant group operates around sixty establishments across France, in mountain resorts, city centers, and seaside locations. You have the opportunity to join the group for the winter season (or on a permanent contract) and contribute to its growth through a position of responsibility that will allow you to thrive professionally.

We are currently seeking several profiles to strengthen the teams of one of the group’s establishments, located in Val Thorens.

This restaurant, ideally situated at the foot of the ski slopes, offers cuisine featuring Savoyard and Italian specialties in a warm and friendly setting.

■ Brasserie-style cuisine
■ A kitchen team of 8 people
■ Average number of covers: 50 at lunch / up to 300 in the evening
■ Lunch and dinner service
■ You manage the kitchen from A to Z.

Votre profil

As a Head Chef or Sous Chef accustomed to seasonal work rhythms, you enjoy working independently in a small kitchen and handling high volumes.

Conditions

■ Split shifts
■ 43 hours on a fixed salary basis
■ Position includes meals and single accommodation near the establishment
■ Position available for the winter season – possibility of continuing on a permanent contract
