Founded in France in 2006 by Julien Deyrat, Ambassade Cabinet Conseil specializes in recruitment, consulting and training for the hospitality, restaurant and food professions.
A third-generation hotelier and restaurateur and former chef, Julien Deyrat worked in France and around the world before founding Ambassade Cabinet Conseil. This hands-on experience now shapes our approach to recruitment and our understanding of the demands of our professions.
